March Madness is here and some of the most successful companies and business are great at using holidays or sports event like the Superbowl to promote their business. While sports events that are one day often draw lots of eyeballs and a lot of revenue from commercials, there are also opportunities for companies and businesses to market their products and services during this exciting time. We asked a few entrepreneurs and business owners what they were doing for March Madness to help their business.
#1 – FroYo Madness
SweetFrog FroYo Madness is the ideal way for sweetFrog to engage with its fans during March Madness. It's that time of year when we all fall in love with exciting cinderella stories and rally to support our favorite contender. sweetFrog FroYo Madness adds to the excitement – giving our loyal fans an opportunity to make their favorite flavor the ultimate champion. What better way to engage with our customers – especially when warmer temperatures make enjoying your favorite sweetFrog creation while watching the NCAA Tournament a must.
Thanks to Patrick Galleher, sweetFrog Enterprises!
#2 – Mother's Day Promotions
March is the month of Mother's Day in the UK, so we've been focusing on running competitions which allow people to win prizes for their mums. So far we've had a great reaction!

#3 – Food & Drink Specials
We're kicking off March Madness today at Silverton Casino Hotel in Las Vegas, NV with food and drink specials and featured games as each bar and lounge within the hotel/casino.

#4 – Daily Match-Ups with Web Design Projects
Throughout the duration of March Madness we are holding daily match-ups pitting some of our favorite web design projects against each other. Truth be told, no one at our company is a huge basketball aficionado, nor did we know much about March Madness prior to this month. That being said, we always find a reason to celebrate so we decided to stick with what we know best — great website design. However, we aren't picking the winner — that's for our Facebook followers to decide. Using the Like and Heart reactions, our followers will vote their favorite website down the bracket until we ultimately crown our winner on March 31st. We found this to be the perfect way for us to mesh a popular, topical event (March Madness) with what we do (website design) while receiving a nice boost of social media activity.

#5 – 4 Ways
These are the ways we are implementing March Madness culture at the agency: (1) N6A March Madness pool (named “N6brAcketology”) in which employees are encouraged to submit their bracket. (2) Winner of the pool wins dinner for two and tickets to a show, sporting event or area concert. (3) Our monthly happy hour will be held during the Sweet 16 games next Friday at a sports bar where the games will be televised, and fan gear is strongly encouraged. (4) The office TV will be tuned into all daytime games throughout the month of March
