5 Entrepreneurs Reveal the Pivots They are Making in Their Business in 2024

Every new year brings with it a new form of excitement and anticipation. The reason is that every new year brings about a “newness” when we are able to start fresh and change those things that we could do better or things we have been thinking about doing. For us at CEO Blog Nation, we get it. So, that’s why we are excited about 2023 because there will be more and more entrepreneurs and businesses. There will be goals met and goals crushed and that’s why we love the new year and we know you do too!

Here are the pivots entrepreneurs are making next year:

#1- Personalized recommendations

We’re preparing for a strategic change to improve user experience and respond to changing market trends. Ai-Product Reviews recognizes the importance of personalized interactions, so we’re investing in new machine-learning algorithms that will enable us to personalize our product recommendations based on user preferences. Sustainability is also a key part of our pivot, and we are committed to reducing our carbon footprint through infrastructure optimization and eco-friendly processes.

#2- Introducing new forms of content

In 2024, we'll be introducing new forms of content to our production services. Based on some necessary risks taken in 2023, we will be able to offer long-form 3D animation content as well as deep-dive journalistic documentary content. As a company, a lot of work for the last decade has concentrated on producing content under 90 seconds long, but as we've matured and gained experience we can start looking at TV, cinema, and broadcast-type content.

#3- Enhancing user experience

As we gear up for the coming year, SocialSharings is embarking on a strategic pivot to enhance our user experience. Recognizing the evolving needs of our community, we're focusing on integrating cutting-edge AI algorithms to personalize content delivery. This pivot aims to make our platform more intuitive, ensuring users receive tailored recommendations that resonate with their interests. It's a significant adjustment, but we believe staying ahead in the dynamic landscape of social sharing is essential. We're excited about this change and confident it will elevate the overall engagement on SocialSharings.

#4- Offering photography and website packages

I am a professional photographer/content creator and have realized that a commonality among my primary clientele is that a lot of them are early-stage startups/small businesses that have yet to dedicate time and resources to developing their own website for their business. As someone who also has experience in building websites, I have decided that I will start offering photography + website packages as a way to help these businesses establish a professional online presence.

#5 – Delving into augmented reality

In 2024, the compass of my agency will align toward something I think I can safely call a strategic metamorphosis. Namely, I’m planning to delve a bit deeper into immersive storytelling through AR. While this is undoubtedly a technological experiment, I tend to see it as more than just that – it’s a true shift towards how my clients will be connecting to their target audiences. Just picture this: a potential customer, through their mobile device, virtually placing my client’s product in their living space, interacting with it before making a purchase.
