#16- Transform communities
I have a BHAG that would not only skyrocket my business but would also transform communities in Africa. We want to inspire and educate more businesses to ethically source from Africa. It's a big goal, but as we add more and more brands to our platform, we feel encouraged by the creativity and resilience of the African entrepreneurs we represent.

#17- Revamp my business
My BHAG is to revamp my business by featuring more products on my website. Originally, my website was a travel guide and holiday prints destination. Now, it's blossoming into a shop for resort and holiday wear inspired by world travel. I hope to continue to provide an excellent resource for my readers and customers.

#19- Be the go-to copywriting and design studio
My BHAG is to become the go-to copywriting and design studio for coaches and creatives. When I started my copywriting business, I would take on large projects, even if they didn't interest me. Defining my BHAG came down to the question, “What kind of projects lights me up, and which voices do I want to amplify with my work?” I think so many people start big goals with metrics. But for me, the ultimate goal is having the freedom to do work I believe in and enjoy.

#20- Turn my business into a passion
My BHAG is making every aspect of my business journey something I am 100% passionate about. The good thing about online publishing is that you are 100% in control of what you put on your website. So, every time I have an idea for my website, I always ask myself, “Am I passionate about this subject? Will I still be passionate about it in 10 years? Am I excited about talking about this particular subject to my audience or do I do it just for the views?” I believe that you can only be fulfilled in your business if you like every single aspect of it. So, I'm quite decided to sieve out any part I don't like and focus on anything that gives me that dopamine rush.

#21- Be the most sought-out option for cheap sports tickets
My BHAG is for my business to be the most sought-out option for cheap sports tickets. These tickets can get expensive and I want as many people to know that we can alleviate their concerns around this issue. Through doing so, I want people to feel like they can go out and have a good time at a sporting event easily, especially after the quarantine period we all experienced within the past year and a half.

#22- Suit all pockets with affordable private number plates
My BHAG is to provide British vehicle owners with the largest selection of private number plates that suit their pockets. I initially wanted to establish a company that cares about customers' needs without paying too much. Since then, we have been thriving in the market while leaning into becoming UK's number one private number plate supplier with a heart for people.

#23- Grow my email list
My BHAG is for my blog to reach 5,000 subscribers by 2022. Presently, I have 2,300 subscribers to my email list. I monetize my blog using ad networks, and most of my daily traffic comes from subscribers. Hence, I want my blog to hit the 5000 subscriber mark by the end of 2022. I plan to achieve my goal by focusing my efforts on digital marketing. I will double down my attention on SEO and social media. To grow my subscriber list, I also plan to implement email marketing.

#24- Provide quality products
My BHAG is to be the provider of quality, dependable products and services. To achieve this mission, I have identified three specific goals: 1) satisfy my customers by providing them with a great product or service; 2) continuously improve my business' efficiency and effectiveness by eliminating waste and training employees; and 3) improve the environment through our efforts in water conservation, energy efficiency, recycling programs. To be successful in achieving these goals, I will allocate a certain amount of resources to each. I would also like to specify certain strategic actions that I will implement to accomplish these goals.

#25- Be the leading online course seller
My BHAG for the coming year is for my company to be the leading online course seller in our market. I always have a growth mindset for my company, and I want to displace my competition by benchmarking them and studying their best practices. To move forward, I am optimizing my company's digital strategy. This is to improve commercial spend efficiency, lower customer acquisition costs, and boost net retention rates.

#27- Impact and connect one billion people
Our BHAG is to impact and connect one billion people from all over the world in the next five years. We are off to a great start and have grown at a rate of 800% in recent months. We know the future of humanity is in our hands, and we want to do our part to make it bright for everyone.

#28- Grow and leverage LinkedIn followers
My BHAG is to grow my LinkedIn followers to 20,000 and leverage the audience's size to get a book deal. I'm writing a book about how leaders can optimize both their professional and personal lives. On the professional side, the focus will be cultivating a deeper level of self, peer, and team awareness, making the right hires faster, leading equitably and building a comprehensive talent strategy that aligns people with the mission. On the personal side, the focus will be on connecting to oneself, growing relationships with others, moving the body, rejuvenation, and the power of nutrition and hydration. I look forward to making a more significant impact and building my brand as a leader in the people/culture and health/wellness space.
Thanks to Liz Palmieri-Coonley, MVP-Results!
#29- Become a household name
Our BHAG is to turn our business into a household name in 10 years, and make it the only name in the odor-protection space! To be a household name, we have to outcompete deodorants, fabric fresheners, and other such products, which is no easy feat. But we created our products from the best science and best ingredients from nature, and the performance is unrivaled, so its now a matter of drive. Our view is that by getting our products into the hands of consumers, they will see the difference.

#30- Become a small giant
My Big Hairy Audacious Goal is for my company to become a small giant. Hailing from a small town, I’ve seen many startups leave for bigger cities because more opportunities exist there. I can relate to them as a businessman, but it is still infuriating to see these companies go. This is why my goal is to stay here and become a small giant. The people in this small town helped build and grow my business, and I intend to serve their
needs for as long as I can. I plan to prove to those bigger companies that we can grow to a sizable business right here in this small town.
