My biggest takeaways from 2023 have been: 1. Passion for great client outcomes is a gift. It is fun to strive to be that little bit better everyday. You stretch yourself and continuously grow in service delivery. 2. Although loving what you do is a blessing, you do not have to do it all yourself. Learning to let go of your baby (your business) and trusting that other people with other skills will do a better job in areas where you do not have the skill is a must. 3. Putting systems and structures in place before you need them is necessary and the smart way to prepare for growth in your business.

Entrepreneurs need to be flexible & prepared to adjust their plans in response to shifting conditions. The strength of digital innovation is another important lesson to be learned from 2023. It is now essential to adopt new technologies & make use of digital tools; doing so is no longer optional.

#8- People are actually eager to venture outside

My biggest takeaway from 2023 is that people are actually eager to venture outside of the conventional medical box and seek answers and results for themselves. And they are willing to pay for it if it truly creates the change they are desiring. People are now, more than ever, deciding to take over the reins for their health issues.  There is now more awareness that assisted reproductive technologies do not solve the underlying cause of their fertility challenges, and they feel jaded by the low success rates that come with the high price tag.
